Extended case: University society workshop
Client: Edinburgh Blockchain Society, 28 members
Service: Combined Network Basics + Wallet Security (two 90-minute sessions)
Challenge: Members had mixed experience — some had never created a wallet, others were writing Rust programs.
We structured the first session around architecture and transaction flow, using live explorer data. The second session focused on wallet creation on devnet with paired exercises. Three members later reported setting up hardware wallets correctly on mainnet.

Client: Independent developer preparing a Solana NFT minting tool
Service: Mechanics Deep-Dive + email follow-up
Challenge: Needed to understand compute budgets and account sizing before writing on-chain code.
During the session we traced a similar project’s failed transactions and identified compute unit underestimation as the root cause. Follow-up email clarified account rent-exemption requirements.
