Refund Policy
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for Solana Network Guidebook educational sessions.

Overview
This policy applies to educational consultations and workshops booked through Solana Network Guidebook Ltd. We aim to be fair and transparent about when refunds are available.
Full refund eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund when:
- We cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative date
- You cancel at least 7 full calendar days before the scheduled session start time
- Technical failure on our side prevents delivery of a remote session and rescheduling is not possible
Partial refund eligibility
A 50% refund applies when:
- You cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days before the scheduled session
- You reschedule more than once after the initial booking (administrative fee)
Non-refundable circumstances
No refund is issued when:
- You cancel fewer than 3 calendar days before the session
- You do not attend a confirmed session (no-show) without prior notice
- The session has already been delivered in full
- Preparation materials have been sent and customised work exceeding one hour has been completed at your request
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no charge if requested at least 5 calendar days before the session. Subsequent rescheduling requests incur a £15 administrative fee or forfeit eligibility for partial refund as noted above.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer). Email hello@siteelmway.click with your booking reference and reason for the request.
Deposits
We do not currently require deposits. Full payment is due before the session via invoice. If deposit arrangements are made for group bookings, deposit terms will be stated in the booking confirmation.
Work already started
For extended engagements (multi-session packages), refunds for unused sessions are calculated pro-rata minus any preparation time already invested, billed at our standard hourly rate of £60.
Materials and purchased items
Session summary notes and checklists are included in the session fee and are non-refundable separately. We do not sell physical products through this Website.
Exceptions
Exceptional circumstances (serious illness, bereavement) are reviewed case-by-case. Contact us with documentation where appropriate.
